Our analysis identified the reviews section as an area with potential to amplify trust among customers. Given this, we hypothesized that by redesigning and emphasizing this section, we could leverage reviews more effectively to drive conversions.

To ensure relevance, we strategically positioned high-quality reviews, particularly those addressing common friction points as identified in post-purchase surveys, directly beneath the call to action on mobile's second fold. Further enhancing the visibility, we encapsulated each review within a colored container for a more pronounced visual impact.

The overarching goal of these changes was to bolster trust and alleviate potential purchasing hesitations by leveraging authentic customer experiences. By doing so, we aimed to see a measurable uptick in sales, quantified by the revenue per session metric.
